Qualifications :
CA / ICWA

Experience : Minimum 8-10 years experience preferably in manufacturing industry, preferably worked in SAP environment.

Responsible for Financial accounting & overall control of the regional accounts.
Responsible for ensuring effective control systems in plants in the region, especially with respect to Stock control, Asset control, day to day operations and compliance with respect to various commercial laws .
Ensuring day to day plant operations including Invoicing, Stock and cylinder control and related SOPs are complied.
Responsible for Account Receivables, Fixed Assets and Inventory control in the region.
Planning and budgeting for the business in the region, including cash flows for the business plans, planning for costs and overheads in the region and at plants, planning for all capex and revex, utilization of assets etc.
Preparation of Profitability statements, cost statements, analysis of business performance.
Responsible for monitoring of cost, ensure controls with respect to cost budget and implement effective cost management practices.
Responsible for maintaining an effective Management Information System, well integrated with SAP to support the regional business plans and strategy.
Develop performance monitoring system to provide effective review of business performance.
Coordinate with several cross functional teams for exercising financial controls.
Reporting and measuring functional performance against key performance indicators in accordance with the agreed SLAs
Responsibility for the delivery of training to team members on reconciliation best practice.
Independent handling of Finance/Accounts of a region;
Good working knowledge of GST
Ensuring timely reconcilement status, aging reports and KPIs are sent to the appropriate management groups.
In-charge for handling Year end closing activity and Statutory Audits
Good SAP knowledge
Support function to the respective Line of Business heads
