Position reports to Area Sales Manager

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Management
Network Management
Direct Sales

Channel Management Dealer /Distributor network.
Appointment of new customer/franchisee/sub franchisee.
Supports and motivates team members for achieving/retaining our LPG Sales, ensuring payment /form collection.
Pricing and ensuring realization as per Year Plan.
Financially Motivates channel partners by providing suitable incentives in line with their business performance.
Account Reconciliation of the franchisee.
Close monitoring of competitors activities.
Cylinders recovery, its planning and implementation.
Revival of lost customers.
Educating customers on cylinders handling and health.
Godown plans for franchisee.
Conducting Training for Franchisees.


Desired Profile:

Work experience in FMCG/ Paints / Tyres would be preferable
Two wheeler and mobility in the Market is must
